Methodology

Communication is an essential element of the way we work. We listen very carefully to what our clients say, and are committed to developing solutions that meet their needs.

We work primarily in an Open Source software development environment. We find that this offers more possibilities to combine various components into custom solutions. A flexible approach allows development methodologies to scale to fit a project's needs.

Inspired by Extreme Programming, we develop our software in quick incremental steps. The rapid feedback from these quick iterations increases our understanding of the problem at hand, and helps us harness change to maximize our choices, while keeping us focused on building well-structured software.
