Document Engineering

Typesetting is more than merely putting ink on paper, it is the art of bringing form and content together. Tradition, technique, and technology are put at the service of your content to produce high quality documents that are characteristic, easy to read, and make your point. Document Engineering is the application of technology to create documents that otherwise would be too difficult, too expensive, or simply impossible to produce by hand, e.g. automatically compiling indices and complicated cross references, satisfying complex content driven formatting constraints, or ensuring typographical consistency over many documents.

We offer a full range of typesetting and document engineering services ranging from styles for individual documents such as reports and books, to periodicals such as journals and magazines, to completely automated XML to PDF workflows for complicated technical documents. Application areas include: publishing on demand, database publishing, and interactive documents.

Content Management
